This new machine features a programmable +/-100mm Y axis design for multi-tasking applications resulting in shorter cycle times, reduced material handling & consistent accuracy as the part doesn't have to go through different machines. Our biggest model can machine workpieces weighing up to 26,400lbs.

• Eight hydraulic locking pins plus a clutch type tool clamping system hold the tools in place during heavy machining.
• When in use, the turning tool holder holds a 0.5mm space between spindle taper & tool taper, eliminating load stress on ram spindle bearings.

• Cross-rail elevation system with dual, large diameter ballscrews locks at any position, enabling the ram to be closer to the workpiece --- great when machining very thin workpieces.
• 240mm square ram is SCM435 forged steel and securely supported on all four slides.
• A very rigid structure supports the table, reducing the vibration generated during heavy cutting

• Rotary table is driven by a powerful spindle motor; opt ZF gearbox for low torque or high speed machining.
