| The
dual column VMC machining two (2) machine bases in the same table.
Machines with longer columns (up to 49.21" spindle nose to table) can
be special ordered from the factory. |

| Solid, cast iron machine base. The X axis
uses no-backlash INA precision roller linear guideways. The chip channel, one on each side, is one-piece with the casting and comes with individual chip augers. |
|

| The machine's semi-enclosure can be easily removed to allow convenient loading and unloading of large and heavy workpieces. |
|
 |
| Heavy ribbing at the oversized column, extra wide spacing
of box ways and close symmetrical design of the Z axis provide rigid
and smooth cuts. The spindle, ballscrews and dual pneumatic counterbalance cylinders are all strategically positioned to prevent unequal torque. |

| Temperature sensors in the large 80mm, hollow ballscrews allows continuous oil
circulation and eliminates thermal buildup during heavy duty, extended machining
cycles. Cooling system options include coolant-thru-toolholders and coolant-thru spindle devices. |
|

| Heavy duty bolts, 3 on each side, anchor both sides of the column to the bed. |
|
 |
| Twin chip channels with chip augers plus a lift-up chip conveyor are standard. |

 |
| Options: 1000psi
