Chevalier Lathes
Chevalier now carries a wide variety of lathes to meet different industry applications: 18"-40" teach-in type CNC flatbed models; slant bed lathes with box & linear ways; vertical turning lathes with 8"-24" chucks; sub-spindle lathes & 1.25/1.6/2-meter vertical turning center available with programmable Y axis.
Debuting in 2010 is Chevalier's FBL-520/530/540 big-bore lathes with alpha 40i 60HP motor; 40" swings and up to 157" distance between centers, up to 12.5" spindle bore and 6" bar capacity.
All Chevalier lathes are manufactured in-house; the lathes' spindles are assembled and tested in the same division as Chevalier's industry-proven grinding spindles.
