Repeatability. Chevalier EDMs workheads travel on Schneeberger anti-friction linear needle roller guideways, driven by DC servo motors with digital servo control.
Speed. PC-based, conversational control monitors machining conditions and automatically adjusts On/Off time, spark gap, servo sensibility and machining time.
Versatility. Chevalier EDMs are so versatile, you can do just about anything with them.
Better Flushing. Three flushing systems (vacuum, pressure and pulse)
Safety. Four standard safety devices: dielectric temperature sensor, dielectric level control, and temperature and photo cell detectors with automatic fire extinguisher and power shut-off.
