- The column is anchored to a solid steel cross beam to ensure that the table weight doesn't affect column alignment.
- Since the column is isolated from the base, the column's accuracy is not affected by the table load.
- Linear roller bearings that handles 60% of the table load while providing smooth, stick-slip free movement.
- Robust box way guide that handles the other 40% load with maximum rigidity.
- Driven by 2 servo motors/2 ballscrews supported by a mechanical counterbalance system.
- Both spindles feature an interlock function that locks the crossbeam whenever it is being moved, ensuring perfect alignment.
- Enlarged one "V" and two flat way design for the longitudinal slideway system ensure low friction and low thermal deformation.
- The coolant outlet is built-in with the table, allowing constant coolant circulation and reducing table area deformation.
