The company currently manufactures machines for the semiconductor, aerospace, medical, automobile and telecommunications industries. All types of grinding centers, machining centers and numerous styles of lathes are manufactured in our multiple facilities.

Falcon has branches and agents in the U.S.A., Europe, the Middle East, South America and Mainland China. The United States branch has been part of the local manufacturing scene since 1982. The main branch in China is located in a 240,000 square foot facility, supported by 16 offices around China’s major cities.

  2010 US debut for QP series large frame machining centers, fixed beam gantry grinders, vertical turning centers and big-bore slant bed lathes with 4-stage gearbox and spindle bores up to 12.5"
  2009 Product launch of QP series large frame machining centers; 1.25/1.6/2-meter vertical turning centers and double column five-face vertical machining centers.
  2008 Introduced FVGCII Vertical Grinding Center, based on a 40"x20" VMC platform. Online launch of Chevalier HD videos focusing on its high-end machine lines.
  2007 Introduced new generation heavy duty gantry type grinder series and High precision and heavy duty gantry type machining center series for vehicle mold and large workpiece applications
  2006 Double head grinder FPG-V1632DC developed for aerospace and precision linear ways grinding.
  2005 Partnership with a Japanese company to produce vertical turning lathes.
FGP-608LM garners 1st Place, Award of Excellence, TIMTOS 2005.
  2004 Successfully developed Nano precision HYDRO-STATIC GRINDER H1224. QP series small VMCs also introduced.
  2003 Established sales and service center in Chung-qing, China.
Taiwanese first Linear motor grinder FGP-608LM introduced to the market.
  2002 Completed first stage factory in Shanghai, China.
Established sales and technical center in Beijing, Don-Guang, China. Established electronic factory in Hainan, China.
  2001 Sub-micron ULTRA high precision CNC grinder ULTRA-H/B612 is awarded as "Taiwan Outstanding Products" in the National Award of Excellence Competition.
  2000 Received certificate of ISO 14000.
  1999 Smart-H/B818 is awarded as Taiwan’s Outstanding Product in the National Award of Excellence Competition.
  1998 Listed in Over-The-Counter stock market. Chuang-Hsing Factory completed.
Invested in the second factory in First Chuang-Hsing industrial park.
  1997 FSG-C1224CNC awarded the " First prize on new products development" at Timtos ‘97.
  1995 FSG-1224TXII awarded "Taiwan Fine Products" at the Taipei International Machine Tool Show.
  1994 Received "Certificate of CE Conformity Examination" from AIB-VINCOTTE Brussels.
  1993 FSG-818CNC is awarded as one of the top 20 "Outstanding Products" in the 1993 National Award of Excellence Competition.
  1992 Registered and certified as Taiwan’s first machine tool maker to receive the "ISO 9002/CNS 12682 Quality Assurance System" certification from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
  1990 Awarded the Research and Development prize by the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) in the CNC grinding machine category.
  1989 Awarded "Best Original Brand" prize at the Taipei International Metalworking Show.
  1988 Peter Chang, President of FALCON Machine Tools, receives citation from the president of the Republic of China for Falcon’s participation in community service programs and contributions to various charitable causes.
  1987 Prize winner in the "Excellent Product Design Contest for 1987" arranged by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council.
  1982 U.S. branch office established in Los Angeles to provide marketing and service capabilities to U.S. customers.
  1981 The first grinding machine manufacturer in Taiwan awarded as "Grade A Manufacturer".
