SEE GRINDING SAMPLES
Vari-speed spindle (0-7000rpm) with spindle chiller. Labyrinth type seals prevent spindle contamination.
Crossfeed transmission mechanism uses 32mm ground gears and AC servo motor. Crossfeed speed can be manually adjusted through MPG handwheel.
"H" models feature hydraulic drive with creepfeed; "B" models use Class C3 ballscrew with AC servo motor.
Counterbalance in the spindle vertical drive prolongs ballscrew life and enhances downfeed accuracy.
