FOR HIGH SPEED HEAVY DUTY GRINDING USING UP TO 16" GRINDING WHEEL.
50HP (opt 75HP) variable speed spindle motor. The spindle is supported by 6 ABEC class 7 (P4) super precision angular contact ball bearings plus 1 set of NN type needle roller bearings in front of spindle.
16"OD (opt18") x 6" x 5" grinding wheel for ultra-fast creepfeed surface, plunge, pitch, side wheel, profile, form and index grinding applications. 4 fully automated grinding cycles including rapid approach, rough/fine grinding and wheel dressing with automatic compensation. (dresser shown on the lower left-hand)
