4 THK NR LINEAR GUIDEWAYS on X & Y axes and rigid square ways on the Z axis.  
BENEFIT: faster feedrate during high speed machining: 
HIGH PRECISION SPINDLE DESIGN. The spindle is supported by Class 7 (P4) angular contact ball bearings. BENEFIT: high axial thrust and no vibration during heavy loads.
Class C3, 1 5/8" (40mm) high precision, pre-tensioned ballscrews are used in the X, Y and Z axes. Both backlash and pitch errors are compensated by using laser calibration equipment.
FLOATING TYPE TOOL DISCHARGE SYSTEM eliminates the tool unclamping pressure generated by the tool release cylinder. Standard carousel type with 20 tools  pneumatic direct changer, with each cylinder equipped with a cushioning device for accurate and stable motion.) Optional arm type with 24 tools (automatic tool changer with cam construction shortens tool change time.
