Steel telescoping covers provide protection for the three axis linear ways and ballscrews; steep slant on Y axis telescoping cover facilitates instant chip washdown.
An automatic chip flushing system washes the chips down to the center of the machine. A heavy duty chip auger then pushes the chips towards the chip collector located at the rear side of the machine base.
Easy to remove chip collector and coolant pump is accessible at the rear side of the machine.
Grease lubrication system for the three axis linear guideways and ballscrews.
Carousel type automatic tool changer-
Tool-to-tool: 6 seconds
Chip-to-chip: 10 seconds 		An automatic door doubles as a tool cover to prevent flying chips from hitting the tool carousel.
